Resco CRM to HubSpot
Resco offers mobile-first CRM and field apps. They run on Resco Cloud or on Microsoft Dataverse/Dynamics 365, where Resco Mobile CRM is a front end for the Dataverse data.
Resco CRM data can move into HubSpot, landing mainly in Sales Hub. 2 of 7 mapped objects move directly (Contacts and Accounts); 4 items need manual work and 3 do not move. Plan roughly 2-4 weeks for a small move and 10-20 weeks for a large one.

Three phases, specific to this system. Tick steps off as you go.

No price list: cost follows volume, custom objects and how much logic must be rebuilt. Answer four quick questions for a planning range.
The three scenarios
Small migration
<50k
Standard objects only.
Mid migration
50k-500k
Custom fields, activities and some automation.
Large migration
>500k
Custom entities, inspections, heavy automation, multiple orgs.

Timeline ranges are planning estimates, not a quote. A partner confirms scope after discovery.
Access, mapping and limits
Start with how data leaves Resco CRM: what you need to get in, what lands in HubSpot, and what will not.
REST data/metadata service, OData v4, Questionnaire OData (read-only) and Resco Cloud Client web services (Resco Cloud). On Dataverse-backed orgs, use the Dataverse Web API.
Organization URL plus an admin or API user. For Dataverse orgs, an Azure AD app registration.
Admin rights on the Resco Cloud org or Dataverse environment (assumed, not sourced).
Choose your route
How will you move the data?
No native connector was found.
- You need: Organization URL plus an admin or API user. For Dataverse orgs, an Azure AD app registration.
- Permission: Admin rights on the Resco Cloud org or Dataverse environment (assumed, not sourced).
Native imports often bring over only some data, so check coverage per object in the mapping below.
Export each object, clean it, then import it into HubSpot.
- Resco Cloud REST Export endpoint exports organization data and metadata (type All, or a specific type)
- ExportProject exports the app project definition
- OData service for record extraction
- Dataverse Web API/FetchXML/Excel export when Dataverse is the backend
- Woodford Integrations (preview) can download data via an OData connector
Limits: To confirm
Migration and sync tools can move more than a plain import. Confirm which objects each one supports before you choose.
Best when volume is high, custom objects are many or automation is heavy. That is the Large scenario: 10-20 weeks, usually phased.

In Resco CRM
In HubSpot
Hover or tap anything on the left to see where it lands.
| Source object | In HubSpot | Moves | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contacts | Contacts | yes | Resco Cloud and Dataverse expose a contact table via the REST/OData APIs. Field mapping is not sourced. |
| Accounts | Companies | yes | Entity metadata mirrors Dataverse tables such as accounts. |
| Opportunities | Deals | partial | Stages and pipelines must be mapped manually. Whether an Opportunity table exists depends on the backend. |
| Activities (tasks, appointments, emails, calls) | Tasks | partial | Activities are exposed as activitypointers. Split them by type into Notes, Calls, Emails, Meetings and Tasks. |
| Users/owners | Contacts | manual | Map owners to HubSpot users by email. Users must exist first. |
| Inspections/questionnaires | Custom objects | manual | Resco-specific tables. Questionnaire results are readable via the read-only OData service. |
| Attachments/notes | Files | manual | Binary retrieval path not verified. |
What to expect
ExportProject output is binary Resco project data with no HubSpot equivalent.
These are platform logic and must be rebuilt in HubSpot workflows.
No HubSpot equivalent for the mapping. Rebuild as HubSpot teams and permission sets.
Resco jobs and workflows and Dataverse flows do not transfer.
Role models and server reports differ in HubSpot.
Confirm that activitypointer regarding-links and lookups come out of the export.
Option sets must be recreated as HubSpot properties and stages.
Identify the backend first and use its API.
Export the parent tables too and join on ID before importing.
Require a final sync before cutover.
Map them to custom objects or drop them.
Data governance and compliance
Decide what is allowed to move before anything is exported. Tick each gate once it is agreed.
How we researched this page
How much to trust each section, and where it comes from.
Resco's own docs confirm the Resco Cloud APIs, export and the Dataverse/Dynamics backend. HubSpot connector, per-object mapping, rate limits and certifications were not verified. Those sections rest on category-level knowledge.
