Plutio to HubSpot

All-in-one freelancer and agency suite covering CRM, projects, tasks, time tracking, invoicing, proposals, contracts, forms and scheduling.

In short

Plutio data can move into HubSpot, landing mainly in Sales Hub. 2 of 9 mapped objects move directly (People (clients/contacts/leads) and Companies); 4 items need manual work and 3 do not move. Plan roughly 1-2 weeks for a small move and 6-10 weeks for a large one.

What will it take?

No price list: cost follows volume, custom objects and how much logic must be rebuilt. Answer four quick questions for a planning range.

3 · Where to begin

Access, mapping and limits

Start with how data leaves Plutio: what you need to get in, what lands in HubSpot, and what will not.

Credentials needed

OAuth client ID and secret created in Settings under API.

Admin permission

Likely the workspace owner or admin, because the API manager is in settings. This is not confirmed in the sources.

InsufficientPartialVerified

Export paths and the API are backed by Plutio's own pages. I did not open docs.plutio.com, so the object-level API schema, rate limits and HubSpot mapping rest on category knowledge. Plutio is a freelancer business suite, not a full sales CRM, so it has no confirmed deals or pipelines. A Tracxn profile calls the company inactive, but Plutio's own About page (updated January 2026) shows it operating, so I treated it as available.
