Salesforce Revenue Cloud to HubSpot
Salesforce's quoting, pricing and revenue-lifecycle suite, built on the Salesforce platform and its standard Product, Price Book and Quote objects.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud data can move into HubSpot, landing mainly in Revenue Hub. 1 of 6 mapped objects move directly (Product2); 4 items need manual work and 2 do not move. Plan roughly 2-4 weeks for a small move and 10-20 weeks for a large one.

The three scenarios
Small migration
Under 5k products, quotes and line items
One price book and simple quotes.
Mid migration
5k-50k
Several price books and approvals to rebuild.
Large migration
50k+
Complex configuration, multi-currency and contracts.

Access, mapping and limits

How will you move the data?
HubSpot offers an integration for importing records from Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- You need: A Salesforce user with read access to the objects being exported.
- Permission: To confirm
Native imports often bring over only some data, so check coverage per object in the mapping below.
Export each object, clean it, then import it into HubSpot.
- Data Loader export to CSV using SOQL queries on Product2, Pricebook2, PricebookEntry, Quote and QuoteLineItem
- dataloader.io cloud export/import tasks (free tier of 10,000 records per month, per a third-party source)
Limits: To confirm
Migration and sync tools can move more than a plain import. Confirm which objects each one supports before you choose.
Best when volume is high, custom objects are many or automation is heavy. That is the Large scenario: 10-20 weeks, usually phased.

| Source object | In HubSpot | Moves | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product2 | Products | yes | Export Product2 to CSV and import into the HubSpot product library; keep the Salesforce Product ID for later line-item matching. |
| Pricebook2 / PricebookEntry | Products | partial | HubSpot has a flat product library, so multiple price books and entries need flattening or custom properties. |
| Quote / QuoteLineItem | Quotes | partial | Migration vendors list Quotes and Quote Line Items as supported, but quote logic must be translated onto HubSpot's model. |
| Opportunity Line Items | Line items | partial | Line items import with name, quantity and price and must be associated to deals. |
| Contracts / signed quote documents | Files | manual | Revenue Hub treats accepted legacy quotes as needing their own path into the Contract object. |
| Quote templates and approval rules | Quotes | manual | These are rebuilt as HubSpot quote templates and approvals, not data-migrated. |
What to expect
The two platforms handle approval logic, discounting and quote-to-contract conversion differently, so a field-for-field copy is not possible.
A community answer says products and quotes don't sync between the two platforms, and historical line items don't sync onto existing deals.
There is no equivalent configurator or rule engine to import into.
Importing products alone does not link them to deals.
This follows the analyst scope note and is not documented by the vendors.
HubSpot has no price book object.
Import Line items with a deal association key and test on a sample.
Capture the price book name and list price as custom properties.
Define the object model (deal, quote, contract, line item) before field mapping.
Plan explicit CSV or tool-based imports.
Data governance and compliance

Export paths (Data Loader on Salesforce objects such as Product2, Pricebook2, PricebookEntry and QuoteLineItem) and HubSpot import patterns are sourced. Revenue Cloud-specific objects (CPQ/Advanced Revenue Cloud rules, contracts, approvals), API limits, auth and governance rest on category-level knowledge and were not verified.
