REsimpli to HubSpot
CRM for real estate investors. It combines lead lists, skip tracing, calling/SMS/email, direct mail, e-sign, accounting and AI tools.
REsimpli data can move into HubSpot, landing mainly in Sales Hub. 1 of 8 mapped objects move directly (Leads (sellers)); 3 items need manual work and 2 do not move. Plan roughly 1-3 weeks for a small move and 8-16 weeks for a large one.

API pulls plus workflow rebuild.
Large migration

Timeline ranges are planning estimates, not a quote. A partner confirms scope after discovery.
Access, mapping and limits
Start with how data leaves REsimpli: what you need to get in, what lands in HubSpot, and what will not.
REST Open API (included on every plan; works only with the new 6.0 version)
API key issued from Settings → API & Webhooks
The vendor markets the API as having no metered call limits. Technical throttling is not documented.
Choose your route
How will you move the data?
No native connector was found.
- You need: API key issued from Settings → API & Webhooks
- Permission: To confirm
Native imports often bring over only some data, so check coverage per object in the mapping below.
Export each object, clean it, then import it into HubSpot.
- Active Leads CSV export: List View → select records → Selected Action → Export Leads
- Open API read endpoints: lead, buyer, agent and vendor lists, call logs, appointment lists, property pictures
- Support-assisted export for data not exposed by the API
Limits: The vendor markets the API as having no metered call limits. Technical throttling is not documented.
Migration and sync tools can move more than a plain import. Confirm which objects each one supports before you choose.
Best when volume is high, custom objects are many or automation is heavy. That is the Large scenario: 8-16 weeks, usually phased.

| Source object | In HubSpot | Moves | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leads (sellers) | Contacts | yes | Export to CSV, then import into HubSpot. Property and lead-status fields need custom properties. |
| Leads / deals pipeline | Deals | partial | Pipeline stages must be recreated in HubSpot. Linking each deal to its contact is a manual step. |
| Properties | Custom objects | partial | The export includes property data. A HubSpot custom object is needed, which requires an Enterprise plan. It is not confirmed whether properties export as a standalone file. |
| Buyers (cash buyers) | Contacts | partial | The API exposes buyer lists. Buyer-criteria fields need custom properties and a buyer type property. |
| Agents and vendors | Contacts | partial | The API exposes both lists. Use a contact-type property or Companies to tell them apart. |
| Call logs | Calls | partial | The API can read call logs. Importing them as HubSpot Calls would need a script. |
| Appointments | Meetings | partial | The API exposes appointment lists. Recreating them as meetings is custom work. |
| Property pictures | Files | manual | Pictures can be pulled through the API. HubSpot Files would need an upload script. |
What to expect
No API endpoint exists yet for either.
The Open API does not work with the old version.
Automations are not exportable data.
The export filters on tags, campaigns and lead statuses, but these do not map to HubSpot automatically.
REsimpli dashboard reports are not exported.
Map opt-out and DNC flags to HubSpot properties before sending anything.
Test an export and check which activity history it contains. Ask support for bulk extracts.
Request missing endpoints through support. Fall back to CSV.
Data governance and compliance
Decide what is allowed to move before anything is exported. Tick each gate once it is agreed.

Export path and Open API are documented in REsimpli's help centre. Object-level export coverage beyond leads, and HubSpot-side mapping, rest on category-level knowledge. No native HubSpot connector was found.
